1. Work before installation
Choose a standard certified stainless steel corrugated hose braided gas hose. The joint thread must match the gas equipment interface. The gas pipe length shall not exceed 2 meters, and the bending radius shall be ≥5 times the pipe diameter to avoid increased resistance or loosening due to excessive length. Use original sealing gaskets to avoid mixing other brand parts. Avoid high temperature areas during installation, and keep a distance of ≥30cm from the fire source to avoid long-term contact with oil or chemical solvents.
2. Standard installation steps
Use clamps or brackets to fix the stainless steel corrugated hose to ensure natural bending without twisting, and avoid hard bending to cause metal fatigue. The gas meter or stove interface must be aligned, and there should be no stress deformation at the connection between the hose and the equipment after installation. Tighten the joint according to the standard torque, use gas-specific sealant to enhance air tightness, and the thread type must meet safety standards. The sealing gasket must be intact and crack-free. After installation, apply soapy water to the joint to observe whether there is bubbling and confirm that there is no leakage.
3. Precautions for use
Regularly check whether the braided layer is rusted and whether the bellows is bulging. Replace it immediately if any abnormality is found. Avoid scratching the coating with sharp tools when cleaning to prevent residual corrosion from chloride ions (such as salt and soy sauce). Keep the kitchen ventilated and dry, and avoid contact between the hose and high-temperature steam or open flames (upper temperature limit 150°C).
